He believes that effective communication throughout the process is vital: without reassurance and encouragement “sometimes vendors and buyers give up and walk away.”
Charlotte Campbell of The Able Agent highlights the need for effective communication within teams to make sure they can identify potential problems and pinch-points. She warns that minor issues such as listing the wrong name on a memorandum of sales (for example ‘Bob Smith’ instead of ‘Robert Smith’) can cause unnecessary delays.
