Industry-leading property software supplier Reapit and specialist repairs and maintenance management software Fixflo have announced a new integration, the “growth catalyst” for letting agencies and property management users.
The “out-of-the-box” integration allows Fixflo’s repairs and maintenance software and Reapit’s AgencyCloud CRM software to work seamlessly and instantly together and is estimated to help agents manage 35% more properties, enhancing the customer experience without adding extra workload or software fees.
The seamless integration eliminates the need to manually enter data or upload documents by automatically carrying updates from one platform to the other. It allows users to track real-time updates on maintenance issues directly in AgencyCloud, synchronise property records in AgencyCloud with their corresponding Fixflo records, and automatically update costs and invoices in AgencyCloud when a maintenance item is closed in Fixflo.
From works order creation to landlord approval to contractor invoices, relevant updates on Fixflo can be tracked in AgencyCloud, allowing everyone in the agency to view maintenance progress and eliminate siloing.
