Agents invited to share how they have been affected by COVID-19

Leading property software providers Fixflo and MRI Software have launched a survey to find out how agents have been affected by the ongoing pandemic. 

The survey aims to collect responses from agencies across the country to establish what effects the health crisis has had and how the sector is preparing for 2021 and beyond.

Restrictions imposed as a result of the pandemic have had a significant impact on the wider economy and many agency businesses have experienced substantial operational challenges since March. It is hoped that results from the anonymous survey will reveal what the most resilient agencies are doing to adapt and how agents can stay COVID-secure in the new year whilst maintaining profitability.

Findings from the survey will be presented in a forthcoming report which respondents can view when it is published at year-end.
