Iain was a chief decision maker within Romans, serving as a shareholder and MD during his 22 years with the company, and a part of this highly successful group’s growth and innovative thinking.
Peter Knight was Group MD of 30 branch agency Jackson Property Services which was acquired by the Halifax. He then set up Property Academy and today coaches business leaders to inspire them to fulfil their potential. He also produces the EA Masters and Best Estate Agent Guide Awards. Peter co-founded Agents Giving Charity and is also an Ambassador for Velindre Cancer Charity.
With over 20 years of experience in the property and estate agency sectors, Jason has held senior positions in property investment, development, and funding. He worked his way up from trainee negotiator to Divisional Manager at Foxtons, then became Area Director for Chestertons and Regional Managing Director for LSL property services PLC. In 2013, he launched his own estate agency business and later became Chief Operating Officer of Ultimate Holdings. In December 2020, he was appointed as Chief Executive of OnTheMarket PLC.
