David's career includes writing books, journal articles, and delivering sought-after lectures.
Nicol has over 15 years of experience in the housing sector, starting out at a national corporate, before moving into social housing with a large housing association, followed by a long stint in student housing, and finally running an independent letting agency in Leicester. A former ARLA Propertymark Regional Rep, Nicol completed her level 4 qualifications this summer to become a Fellow of ARLA. She meets regularly with Leicester City Council, alongside EMPO and the NRLA, to ensure the voices of letting agents are heard during these challenging times for the industry.
Currently working with some of the most forward thinking companies In the property industry across the world in a variety of capacities, Iain has over 30 year’s experience in all aspects of Estate Agency and a proven track record in both the independent and corporate world. Paul is the founder and CEO of Yuno, a rapidly scaling proptech company. Paul is an ex-Engineer in the oil industry, developer and founder of Caledonia - the Co-Living model in SW London.
Sián Hemming-Metcalfe, is the Operations Director - Inventory Base. Sián’s passion for the housing industry has developed from years of experience as both a homeowner, landlord and as a tenant! Her main driver is ‘solving the many challenges inventory clerks face – low fees, greater inclusion in the industry and developing standards that will help inventory clerks to be seen as the professionals they are’.
