Steven Wayne was just 22 when he launched Benjamin Stevens. He was born, grew up in, and is now raising his own family in the North West London area. Since opening its first branch, Steven led his agency from strength to strength, buying Frederick George Block Management Services in 2017 and launching the first Benjamin Stevens Hub in 2018. In 2016 he set up outsourced viewing and inspection service Viewber which gives agents daily online access to a nationwide army of local experts.
Lee is a seasoned estate agent having spent 26 years with Countrywide where he had responsibility for leading brands across the UK. Lee joined Purplebricks in 2017 where he became UK CEO and he currently works for FocalAgent, leading the charge with virtual viewings, video and AI-enhanced property photography, delivered through the largest National Network of Professional Photographers in the UK.

Following 31 years in senior management positions with Foxtons, Countrywide, LSL and what is now eProp Services, Bryan is a key architect of Gazeal and Chief Uncomplicating Officer. Bryan works on the strategic board helping to shape the direction and customer base of the business. He’s also an active member of the MHCLG steering group on improving the Home Moving process.
