Chris began his career in finance before moving into the property sector, working for two of London’s largest estate agents as an ARLA and NAEA qualified agent. Chris later transitioned into commercial roles within the PropTech arena for businesses that provide AI-driven solutions to the property industry and currently oversee Roby.ai’s business development operation.
Lee is a seasoned estate agent having spent 26 years with Countrywide where he had responsibility for leading brands across the UK. Lee joined Purplebricks in 2017 where he became UK CEO and he currently works for FocalAgent, leading the charge with virtual viewings, video and AI-enhanced property photography, delivered through the largest National Network of Professional Photographers in the UK.
Babek is the Founder and CEO of OneDome Group that operates two property
portals: OneDome.com and Nethouseprices.com. OneDome also provides webtools and lead generation products for estate agents. The company was founded in 2016 and currently works with over 6,000 estate agency offices. Prior to OneDome, Babek was a Senior Vice-President in High Yield and Distressed Debt Trading at JP Morgan.

Gordon has amassed over 15 years’ experience in marketing and consultancy, primarily in the property and automotive sectors. He works closely with clients to help them develop and refine their social media strategies and create campaigns that deliver real value and improved results.
Kevin is the CEO of Thomas Mae Group which includes Land & New Homes Network and Thomas Mae Land & Planning, working with market leading independent estate agents across the UK to develop a profitable and valuable land and new homes business in collaboration with UK’s house builders and housing Associations. Prior to setting up his business in 2014, Kevin was Managing Director of New Homes at Romans for 13 years.
Ben Sellers is the co-founder and CEO of Starberry. Passionate about sales and all things creative and tech-driven, Ben, along with his brother Rus, has helped lead innovation in the digital marketing space since 1994 and created Starberry in 2001.
