Peter Rollings
Peter was at Foxtons for 20 years, the last 7 as Managing Director before leaving in 2005 to buy Marsh & Parsons, a sleepy Central London Agency. They built it (with the great help of Starberry, an ICG Approved member) and sold it in 2011 to LSL. Peter ‘retired’ in 2016 and since then has been investing in and advising a variety of businesses.

Simon Gerrard - Martyn Gerrard
Simon is the CEO of Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents, one of the most well regarded names in the North London property scene. He was President of the NAEA in 2014/5 and the family business he runs has been trading for over 55 years, with a network of 11 multi-disciplined branches. Simon is known for his innovative approach to estate agency, straight talking and his ability to build a family brand with community and local expertise at its core.
Kevin Ellis - Land & New Homes Network
Kevin is the CEO of Thomas Mae Group which includes Land & New Homes. Network and Thomas Mae Land & Planning, working with market leading independent estate agents across the UK to develop a profitable and valuable land and new homes business in collaboration with UK’s house builders and housing Associations. Prior to setting up his business in 2014, Kevin was Managing Director of New Homes at Romans for 13 years.
Amy Shields - Sprift
Before joining Sprift, Amy was an estate agent for 16 years for Romans and Davis Tate, with 8 of those years managing branches. She has a Degree in New Business Media Practices which is now being put to good use! Amy is passionate about customer service in the property industry and enjoys combining the tech and property worlds to assist agencies in winning more business.
Suzanna Mavity - Acaboom
Suzanna has worked in the property industry for over 12 years and has enjoyed working closely with some of the best and most innovative agents in the UK. With an experienced background in email marketing, CRM and business processes, she is today heading up sales at Acaboom, the communication tool that is having such a dramatic effect on many agents' market appraisal conversion rates.
Rory Black - Dataloft
Rory is a marketer with many years spent in top advertising agencies and marketing positions. Rory uses his experience to promote Dataloft and advise estate agency clients on getting the most from their products. He is particularly involved in Dataloft’s online subscription platform, Inform, providing cutting edge residential property analysis for estate agents, developers, and Build to Rent sector specialists.
Lee Wainwright - Focal Agent
Lee is a seasoned estate agent having spent 26 years with Countrywide where he had responsibility for leading brands across the UK. Lee joined Purplebricks in 2017 where he became UK CEO and he currently works for FocalAgent, leading the charge with virtual viewings, video and AI-enhanced property photography, delivered through the largest National Network of Professional Photographers in the UK.
