With a background in sales & marketing, she began a career in advertising for which she has won many awards. She later moved onto property advertising. Her love for property began here and soon she entered the world of Estate Agency.
Joanne joined Moneypenny in 2016 and soon turned her focus to the property sector where she dedicated her time to developing partnerships, exploring communication opportunities and raising brand awareness. Today, Joanne is our eyes and ears of the estate agents industry and is responsible for establishing relationships with new clients and supporting the agile growth of our existing clients.

Managing Director of Estate Agents’ sales progression platform, mio, Emma has worked in the residential property sector since 2008. Prior to her current role, Emma was Chief Commercial Officer of mio’s parent company, tmgroup. Emma prefers to be described as a Business Developer, having been deployed largely in sales and marketing roles since she began her career in Financial Services well over 20 years ago.
Suzanna has worked in the property industry for over 12 years and has enjoyed working closely with some of the best and most innovative agents in the UK. With an experienced background in email marketing, CRM and business processes, she is today heading up sales at Acaboom, the communication tool that is having such a dramatic effect on many agents' market appraisal conversion rates.
Jo is a key member of the PayProp UK management team. Having spent the last 12 years working in the payment industry her career has spanned, negotiation, sales, customer experience, corporate communications, and she has used all that experience to lead and inspire teams to set new standards in customer excellence, helping to deliver three ESTAS awards in a row for Best in Sector – Payment Services.
Richard is an experienced board director with over 20 years services in property related businesses. He knows the stress points and issues that clients can often face and the difference that speed can make to a successful transaction. He launched ASAP in 2014 with the express aim to make the home moving process quicker and more efficient for Agents and their clients, joining up all the stages of the transaction from initial client referral through to completion.
Patrick has been involved in the property industry for over 10 years and has been a director at Apex since 2011. Apex builds and supports applications for property professionals with the aim to enhance productivity. Apex partners with ambitious brands and together create software that helps people work more efficiently, increase brand reputation, gain a competitive advantage and reduce risk.
Kristjan has been an agent for around 18 years now - 16 of those as the co-founder of Base Property Specialists - and you might know him as 'the viking guy'. Kristjan is a huge advocate of the technological evolution of our industry to help deliver a better all-round consumer experience.
Paul is the founder and CEO of Yuno, a rapidly scaling proptech company. Paul is an ex-Engineer in the oil industry, developer and founder of Caledonia - the Co-Living model in SW London.
Brad is a founding member of the UK IETF, a member of the IEEE and numerous Open Source projects. He has consulted to many high street and FTSE companies including most of the blue chip banks operating in the UK. He started SMS Speedway, the world's first commercial text messaging company, as a research project for mobile phone based business communication "to prove that it could be done".
