Managing the Stamp Duty stampede: join our debate

Christmas is coming, Brexit is endgaming, Covid vaccinations are on the way, but the date that’s obsessing estate agents right now is the 31st March 2021, when the Stamp Duty Holiday ends.

This month we will produce a two-part webinar to discover how agents are managing the Stamp Duty rush. As usual, we’ll have a fantastic panel of PropTech innovators contributing their views, but this time the focus is on YOU.

Scheduled for Tuesday 15th December, the first webinar will provide an opportunity for estate agents to debate the unique challenges and opportunities created by the Stamp Duty rush. We’ll look at what agents are doing to meet the deadline, discuss how to deal with clients’ expectations and assess the best ways to manage delays.
