Richard worked in North Yorkshire before moving to Ryder & Dutton in 1985. He became an Associate Partner in 1987, an Equity Partner in 1991 and he has been a Director since incorporation in 2007. Richard is also an active RICS member, being an APC Assessor since 1996, Assessment Chairman since 2008, panel Auditor since 2011, and Appeal panel member since 2016. He has also been a member of RICS Estate Agency and Lettings Working group since 2007.

Around the PropTech scene before it was even called that, legend in his own lifetime and especially at Greggs. Simon is about as well developed an understanding of the various suppliers in the industry as anyone around and leveraging that knowledge to give estate agents the ideal partners for their businesses, nice to have in a good market, vital in one like this.

Currently working with some of the most forward thinking companies In the property industry across the world in a variety of capacities, Iain has over 30 year’s experience in all aspects of Estate Agency and a proven track record in both the independent and corporate world. Iain was a chief decision maker within Romans, serving as a shareholder and MD during his 22 years with the company, and a part of this highly successful group’s growth and innovative thinking.
