Steve works alongside many agents in his capacity with both Agency Mentors and Crux Careers and also as an independent consultant, and has many years of experience in the industry both in the UK and abroad. He also oversees much of the day to day running of The ICG, and is always available to the suppliers and members.
Rajeev Nayyar is the Managing Director of Fixflo, the UK’s leading repairs and maintenance software for residential and commercial property. Prior to starting Fixflo, Raj worked in the property sector as a lawyer, investor and consultant.
Peter has been in the industry since 1983 when he entered the profession as a trainee. He worked for an independent in Reading until joining The Romans Group in 1991, moving swiftly through the ranks. During his time at The Romans Group, he was instrumental in overseeing the integration of over 30 acquisitions and staff into the branch network. From one Letting branch they grew to a network of 29 offices, increasing to 160 following the merger with Leaders. Peter now runs his own Consultancy advising Lettings agents.
Andy is the Founder & CEO of Let Alliance and Executive Director of Barbon Insurance Group. Let Alliance was founded in 2010 and successfully merged with Barbon Insurance Group in November 2019. Andy works with 5000 letting agents across the UK, from the largest corporates to start-up independents. Barbon completes 700,000 tenants references each year and guarantees rents on more than 100,000 properties. Based in Chester and Lincoln, Barbon has a team of 400 people and the business is entirely dedicated to serving professional letting agents, generating more than £15,000,000.00 per annum in revenue for agent businesses.
Greg is the Lettings Director of Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents, one of the most well regarded names in the North London property scene. He has a wealth of lettings experience stretching back to 2002 and is currently a regional representative for ARLA Propertymark. Greg has a proven track record of successfully navigating the complexities of the ever changing private rented sector and striking the perfect balance between compliance and business growth.
Andrew runs a specialist Lettings Agents in and around Canary Wharf, Docklands and surrounding areas of London. He formed Harrisons Property in 2012 and offers his clients an end to end solution, more comprehensive than that of a traditional estate agent, Andrew also actively invests in property and is in the process of developing his own HMO portfolio.
Vicky joined the industry with Location Location back in 2006 and is now Managing Director and Partner in the single office business, which punches way above its weight. Her exceptional ability is backed up by her infectious enthusiasm for people and property. Vicky strives to constantly improve systems and processes, whilst maintaining a phenomenal culture with core values at the heart of the business. Kristjan has been an agent for around 18 years now - 16 of those as the co-founder of Base Property Specialists - and you might know him as 'the viking guy'. Kristjan is a huge advocate of the technological evolution of our industry to help deliver a better all-round consumer experience. Earlier this year Kristjan launched The Depositary, an end of tenancy proptech solution for letting agents built in partnership with TDS.
Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, she managed to find her way to London in 1994, trying her hand at being a trainee letting negotiator at the start of 1999 for the simple reason she needed a car but couldn’t afford one! From getting her first company car, she progressed through agency levels covering North, East and Central London to meeting her future business partner Kristjan, aka The Viking.
