In this week’s episode, we’re joined by estate agents Richard James and Ryan Woolfenden in a panel discussion on the topic of additional revenue streams for estate agents - what are some of the opportunities that can help boost estate agency income in 2020 and how to get them up and running as soon as possible in the current climate.
Around the PropTech scene before it was even called that, legend in his own lifetime and especially at Greggs. Simon is about as well developed an understanding of the various suppliers in the industry as anyone around and leveraging that knowledge to give estate agents the ideal partners for their businesses, nice to have in a good market, vital in one like this.
Richard James is probably best known for operating an estate agency group that has demonstrated consistent annual growth for over a decade. Richard has always valued innovative ways of thinking and believes that even the most mundane of challenges can have creative solutions. Identifying potential superstars within his organisation and empowering them to lead bigger, more fulfilled lives is an approach that he continually encourages and invests in.
Ryan is the founder and the man behind marketing at Leader Fox. Ryan doesn’t take himself too seriously but is 100 percent committed to looking after clients and in keeping with his sporting background, he loves nothing more than seeing the Leader Fox team grow and develop their skills. He’s great at making the Leader Fox brand stand out from its rivals and being Mr Positive.
Babek is the Founder and CEO of OneDome Group that operates two property portals: OneDome.com and Nethouseprices.com. OneDome also provides webtools and lead generation products for estate agents. The company was founded in 2016 and currently works with over 6,000 estate agency offices. Prior to OneDome, Babek was a Senior Vice-President in High Yield and Distressed Debt Trading at JP Morgan.

Alex has worked in the property industry for 8 years, having been involved in professional football up until 2012.
Paul is the founder and CEO of Yuno, a rapidly scaling proptech company. Paul is an ex-Engineer in the oil industry, developer and founder of Caledonia - the Co-Living model in SW London.
