Nick Attwell founded Attwells Solicitors in 2007. Attwells is one of the leading property firms in the East with offices in Ipswich, Colchester and North London. Lloyd is a Solicitor and Partner at Attwells Solicitors, heading up the firm’s Employment Law & HR Team. Lloyd specialises in acting for agents, dealing with the specific issues they face. Lloyd’s agent clients value his tenacity, plain-English advice and deeper understanding of the industry in which they operate. Lloyd acts for both corporates and independents, large and small, offering fixed fees and popular retainer packages. Lloyd’s knowledge of the sector has been recognised by him delivering several talks across the UK for Propertymark on important law for agents and being invited to deliver learning courses to agents.
Following 31 years in senior management positions with Foxtons, Countrywide, LSL and what is now eProp Services, Bryan is a key architecht of Gazeal and Chief Uncomplicating Offidcer. Bryan works on the strategic board helping to shape the direction and customer base of the business. Responsible for developing partnerships and distribution channels. An active member of the MHCLG steering group on improving the home moving process.
Richard is an experienced board director with over 20 years services in property related businesses which has given him a deep understanding of the home moving process. He knows the stress points and issues that clients can often face and the difference that speed can make to a successful transaction.
